Landscaping

Tuesday is landscaping day for lawn cutting and edging and during off season, every other Tuesday.
David Swingle Lawn Care provides this service and uses professional equipment and skilled workers.
Work begins on Tuesdays at 8 AM. Please contact the Association with a maintenance request for any special needs using our Online Web Form

Water

Water is included in Phase I and II as part of the monthly assessment fee. Phase III, buildings A, B, C and G were built years later in 1996 and are individually metered and billed monthly. Pest Control for 2024

Pest control dates are the first Thursday of each calendar quarter as follows:
January 4th, April 4th, (Wednesday, July 3rd) and October 3rd.
Rocket Pest Control Inc. is dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction. They service residential, commercial and industrial accounts with "Green" products which do not use toxins and are environmentally safe. Treatments are scheduled the first week in every calendar quarter resulting in 4 treatments annually. Phase I and II receive Pest and Termite treatments and Phase III which is masonry construction receives Pest treatments.
The Association will continue to provide printed notices on each front door advising those homeowners and residents who wish to have the inside of their screen enclosure or privacy fence treated. While these products are "Pet friendly", please remove your pet food and water dishes and keep your pet inside for an hour while the treatment has enough time to dry. Gutter Cleaning

Gutters and downspouts are cleaned professionally and quarterly. High pressure air compressors and blowers are used to remove leaves and fallen debris. Gutter cleanings may be provided for inclement weather as necessary. Please contact the Association with a maintenance request for any special needs using our Online Web Form

Trash Pickup

Trash pickup days are Tuesday and Friday. Dumpsters are conveniently located at Walton Circle, Maben Circle and at the south end of Green Valley Road near the Clubhouse. These dumpster are for household trash only. There are many alternatives in Palm Harbor, including drop-off and pick-up, for large items. Trailers are also available in Palm Harbor for rental by the day, week, or month for renovations.
Please do not leave items outside the dumpster. Violators caught on surveillance face consequences. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Security Cameras

Video surveillance is provided throughout the Community. Video recordings are made available to Law Enforcement Officers upon request when a Police Report has been filed and the Association is provided a case number.
